  • What are the member benefits?

mami member will receive the benefits as following:

  • On-top discount 10% off.
  • 50% off within the birthday month in a single bill.
  • Dispatch times?
  • Once the orders are placed and paid, they will be processed and shipped out over the following business days, Monday-Fridays (excluding Public Holidays).
  • We use Thai Post registered mail which takes approximately business 4-7 days to deliver, excluding the weekends and Public Holidays. The tracking system will only show the ‘parcel received’ and ‘out for delivery’ status.
  • What to do if there I had an allergic reaction?
  • If you had an allergic reaction to one of our products, please contact us via LINE: @mamicosofficial
  • Kindly include the following information:
    • Your order number and the online channel or the branch that you purchased the product from.
    • Name of the product that you had an allergic reaction to.
    • Clearly specified your symptoms
    • You may be asked for these additional information
    • Medical certificate
    • Photo of your receipt
    • Photos of the product
    • Photos of your allergic area
  • How to request for a tax invoice?
  • If you would like a tax invoice, please provide the followings:
    •  Order number
    •  Full name on tax invoice
    • Tax ID or Identification Number
    • Address on tax invoice
    • Address for sending tax invoice to
  • Once tax invoice has been issued, your order cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please check your order before requesting for a tax invoice.
